Tierra Viva is Automobili Lamborghini’s inaugural residential venture in Europe — a landmark collaboration with luxury developer DAR Global that translates the brand’s fearless DNA into 53 extraordinary villas carved into the Andalusian hillside above Benahavís.
Like precious stones rising from the earth, each villa occupies its own elevated position on the hillside, engineered to deliver uninterrupted panoramas across the Mediterranean and the Andalusian coast. The architecture draws directly from Lamborghini’s signature design language — angular forms, bold glass volumes, raw power expressed through refined lines.
The interiors carry Lamborghini’s material philosophy throughout — polished marble floors, fine leather detailing, bespoke glass elements and the brand’s unmistakable geometric motifs. Every element crafted to the same exacting standards that define Sant’Agata Bolognese’s supercars.
